The Municipality of Montevideo will carry out free trainings for migrants who want to acquire Spanish as a foreign language.
It is a free and intensive Spanish course, specifically the Rio de la Plata variety.
Classes will be face-to-face at the Commune’s Training and Studies Center, from Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will begin on Monday, September 20, ending on Friday, October 8.
People who participate in the course and reach or exceed 60% in the total of the final tests taken and 80% attendance, will be given a certificate of approval.
Registrations are made via email to the address: seerpm@imm.gub.uy until Monday, September 13.
Subsequently, the date and time for an interview will be coordinated at the Secretariat for Ethnic Racial Equity and Migrant Populations of the commune.
